Turbo Kick: Pre-designed Kickboxing interval class using no equipment. Cardio section uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments.
Cardio Kickboxing: It's a kick-butt, sweat pouring, pad slamming, aggression releasing, power punching workout for the raging kickboxer deep inside us all! This class combines boxing, kickboxing and martial arts. Hand pads are used.
Hip Hop: It's hip hop, it's pop, it's the latest dance grooves put to today's hottest music. Add fun to your workout! Jam through this class full of tight grooves and cool moves. No dance experience required.
Cycling: Bring your outdoor cycling training indoors! Geared to both novice and veteran exercisers. Experience athletic, adrenaline pumping cycling drills all done to music within a group setting.
