FLEXIBILITY & RELAXATION CLASSES

Stretch & Flexibility:   Relax, renew and unwind while you stretch and sooth your muscles during this soft and slow class.   Be sure to stay to the very end.   The last 10 minutes of class will be TOTAL RELAXATION!

Gentle Yoga:   A great class for beginners.   This class introduces the participant to breath control practice as well as the physical asana practice.   Multiple flexibility and strength options are always introduced.

Power Yoga:   A class for those who are want a more "physical challenge".   Sun-salutations, standing postures, backbends and twists are taught in a flowing sequence.   Concluding with relaxation, restoration and pranayama practice.

Yoga/Pilates on the Ball:   Combine Yoga with a little Pilates, and then add a Fitball and you have a class that will lengthen your spine as well as relieve tight muscles.   A great addition to your workout!

Tai Chi:   Tai Chi involves a series of choreographed moves that flow together like a slow motion dance done in precise order to facilitate fitness, relaxation and mental concentration.
