Total Body Strength:   Using a variety of equipment, this class effectively works the upper body, lower body, back and abdominals in a variety of ways.

Strength & Abs:   This workout challenges all of your major muscle groups with exciting moves that will target upper and lower body.   Then end the class with challenging core exercises.
